The transport to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (in simplified Chinese广州白云国际机场) is very convenient. By taking the Airport Expressway, you could arrive at this airport in 20 minutes. Of course, the construction of the Expressway requires money so that the ticket price of this expressway would not be very cheap compared with other means of transport.

If you have limited budget, you could try to take the bus. There are currently 9 bus routes running from different parts of Guangzhou to the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Therefore, if you need to travel to the airport but you do not want to spend a lot of money taking taxi or the Airport Expressway, you could just simple go to a bus station and you might see the sign that there would be a airport bus leading you to your destination. Of course, waiting airport bus requires time so that if you are in a hurry, you should not try to stand at the bus stop and wait because if you are unlucky, you might need to wait as long as 25 minutes to get a suitable bus for you.

On the other hand, if you are in a hurry but you do not want to spend much, you could consider taking the mass transit system. The system would bring you to the terminal of the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport directly and you could simply reach the check-in counters after leaving the train.

However, as mass transit system has a number of stations and you might need to waste some time waiting for the doors of the train to open and close, you could take a taxi to the airport if you do not mind spending about 100 to 120 RMB. Compared to other transport tools, it is definitely more expensive but you could convenient reach the airport unless there is a traffic jam on the road. Currently, taxi seems to remain the most popular tool of tourist when they are going to the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
