Yangtze River Express Airlines Co., Ltd. (in simplified Chinese扬子江快运航空有限公司) is a cargo airline located in The People’s Republic of China.
Yangtze River Express Airlines Co., Ltd., or Yangtze River Express Airline for short, was founded by Hainan Airlines Group, in 2002. It is China’s second-cargo airlines. The company has a registered capital of 0.5 billion yuan, of which Hainan Airlines Group holds 85% of the shares and Hainan Airlines holds 5%. Lastly, the Shanghai Airport Group holds 10%.
In 2006, there was a transfer of shares among companies and some new companies got the shares of Yangtze River Express Airline. However, it does not affect the operation system of Yangtze River Express Airline as well as the business direction. Therefore, Yangtze River Express Airline was still developing in a quite reasonable rate. Of course, as there are some large airlines being the shareholders of this Yangtze River Express Airline, the source of customers would not pose a problem.
